New puppy will not pee poop outside?

I took a 13 week old beagle puppy from a local animal shelter and this Saturday but he has received outside the slope of the pooping is not pee! I even have a mat, which he think outside peeing in the house and laid him on the grass, that, to smell her, he would go outside. I am crate training him, he has not used the bathroom in the crate, but will go on the linoleum when the box is opened. The children and I took him and our laboratory in the park, we were there for at least an hour, and he never used the bathroom there is not! Any tips to get him to pee outside, I can not simply go outside. We do not have a fenced yard, and there are leash laws in our city. So we walk him at regular intervals and keep a watchful eye on him.

We box our puppies in the night and if we do not keep an eye on him. During the day we take him outside to pee every hour, and he is almost every hour. The key is you can not let that affect the dog's feet to the ground when you take him out of his box. You have to pick it up and it directly into the open. Put his crate increased to something if they will make it easier to get it from him. Go to your local pet store and see if you find some "break-Aid. It comes in a spray bottle, and it is synthetic urine. Spray it on the grass attract your puppy to want to cover the smell with his own urine. You must be in accordance with Your young dog, taking him outside as often as necessary in order to realize it, that he is outside to pee. If he pee outside, you praise him verbally, as if you just won the lottery.

Puppy toilet training?

My family just got a new puppy and she's only 10 weeks old. We can not seem to get the toilet through her head, where to go. She continues on the carpet and if they do not we put her nose in it and put it on the balcony. But it still does not work. Recently, we have they [the outside in [We have a two-storey house and live mainly in the upper floor]] in the hope that it will go on the grass, and it does. Have no idea how it's the train? We can not see under her outside every hour if she has to go.

I'm Sorry, but you have to take any Hours to go! never rub their nose in it and to just throw her on the balcony. Only punish them when you catch them in the act! Otherwise they will not know what's going on. If You can see her pee noise, make a loud abrupt, hopefully they will stop and take her outside. Once she did not go outside, praise from hell her out. She is only 10 weeks old. Potty traing will take a while.
