How do I find a dog school.?

I am looking for a dog school. If I do online, I can only kind of classes, where we meet once a week look to the coach and hour. How do I find / look, a school, where I just my dog away for a week / month? I live in Portland, or. and have an Italian Greyhound.

Send your dog away to someone, not the train is a good idea. Dog training is about teaching you how to train your dog. It is an activity you and your dog should share because it is strong a bond forms between them. You have to respect your dog back you as a leader, not an anonymous coach that he never see. He respects the person who trains him and can not give you the same level of obedience. I would not send my dog away for training. I do not know how to treat my dog when I'm there, not to see what happens. I do not believe that gross stuff going on with my dog. Positive reward training only. The trainers in these Boot camps have no affection for your dog. For them it is only paying customers, will see the results for their money.

Best dog trainer in Portland? (Aggression)?

I met with Kate Cooper dog training today, their methods do not seem too effective. I have a boxer who House likes to fight with other dogs with a black lab in the fighting for the alpha position. Anyone know a good coach that is not reasonable in price Portland, Oregon area?

I'm not sure what you are trying to search. It may be that what you want a coach is to teach you how to a proper relationship with your dog and form leaders will need the / guide your dog, but it also sounds like you are implying that your Boxer dog is different aggressive is to take out too easily rebellious individual hand. When you are ready, there is a trainer in Salem, who has worked with dog aggressive dogs before, and works on any case, all the time with dogs that are a bit noisy. The price is cheaper than what I've seen in most training institutions, but I strongly suggest you also ask to compare. A close friend has trained her own dog with this training center since the dog is 3-4 months old and has always recommended them. You have worked as seems, with dogs of all kinds for age and qualified experts of temperament as well. I know for a fact they are a kind of no nonsense – if that's what're looking for, for I propose to call him. Here you their web address: Page http://petvillageltd.com/ Contact: http://petvillageltd.com/contact.php I know on their website only list classes working with basic to advanced obedience, and nothing about private work with aggressive dogs, but I know and seen aggressive dogs train there and while a high to teach degree of obedience to dogs and dog handlers and work with aggression and dealing with problems on the road. If you have to feel it, you can use the lessons View in private. As a heads-up, I warn you that they take a bit of negative reinforcement in their training – their methods are not 100% positive, because a pin use the collar, and while there, the methods that are effective and are used with care and attention, some are not even satisfied with the use of a prong collar. Other than that they focus very much on rewards and a relationship between dog and handler and know what they are doing. There is also a training center in Beaverton, Oregon, the I know many people come to enjoy with their dogs and. But I think they are more of a fun and trick-based training center than anything else, a place for socialization, Agility training, obedience, etc. But they CGC prep training and can work with aggressive dogs. I have no idea how I've never used them before, but worked it hurts never call and ask. You may also want to ask them if they have recommended all dogs, is aggressively working with the dog. Website http://www.pup-a-razzi.com/ I recommend you discuss your personal situation with the coach and find out what is best for you and your dog. Also, instead of a trainer, it can be a certified Canine behavior problems Advisers you will, rather than just a coach. I do not, can your dog or your situation, so I do not say what it is that you need – behaviorist or trainer, or both, but you can watch. True aggression is not something to be taken lightly and should be carefully and quickly evaluated and worked with. Good for you ready to wish you good luck.
