Dogs with severe aggression?

Need help with this dog, he's led a hard level and GSD dog aggression is really hard, we have Clicker Training and haltis and have now recommended a prong collar. 4 What researchers have said that this is a very special case, where violence has failed as all other uses are needs. He is human, but not with dogs he has finely chased and landed 2 dogs, but no bleeding. Question is, someone with experience with the old school training, I do not talk of obedience, but behavioral change.

Hello, there are very few dogs that are prone to aggression, regardless of the situation. Therefore it is helpful to think in terms of aggressive behavior as aggressive dogs when they try to reduce your dog to growl or bite tendencies. Normally these behaviors are related to specific events, relationships and environments. Here are more info: http://lnk.nu/dogtime.com/z80.html

Has anyone trained their puppy to "go potty" in the house?

I live in a big unit, I will train the puppy pads in place go to a specific, that is how I will not continue to run the dog out every hour, especially if I'm not home. Who does it that way and is the bad smell? Does the dog mind cos I thought it was natural for a dog to go outside? Thanks, if and when I move (in a house) ofcourse i wont lower the dog pattern, I am not so much a control freak and I just wanted people to hear their dog gear to the toilet inside, and of course I plan to walk my dog 2-3 times a day, of course! Just because people live in one unit does not, can we not afford a loving dog and section off part, so the dog can have, It is part of the house and not tear at all. Thank-you

Use puppy pads from a pet store, not newspaper. 2 reasons why: 1 – The pads are plastic lined, so theres no penetration. 2 – the puppy pads have an additive that young animals are attracted. If your puppy has a favorite spot, chosen to potty, use this position to start your training at first. If puppy has an accident, use the puppy pad to absorb it before you clean the area with vinegar (vinegar neutralizes the smell). Place the "dirty" puppy pad, where it belongs, and show puppies. Let puppy smell that his / her potty is for this pad. Puppy love at the same Place to go … they are creatures of habit. You also have full control over your puppy potty. Set your kitchen timer for 10 or 15 minutes immediately drinking water to puppies. Then, when the timer goes off, take puppy to the pad and to promote the potty. If it does not happen then just be aware that it happen very soon, so watch puppy like a hawk. Fill water bowl with no puppies more than he / she is to drink in one sitting … and this is not replenished until has a potty happened … This makes it a million times easier to train puppy, because you're in control of the situation. Expect puppies to begin in stages. My puppy after only a few lessons caught … but … It went like this … First, he would pee next to his pillow … then play with the pad … then he would put his front paws on the pad and pee … This makes a big mess, so your training on hard floors, are easy to clean because the pee is half on the pad and the rest all goes on the pad … then finally … through what seemed like a miracle, he put all fours on the pad … Good luck, and remember … LOB for even the smallest attempts learning!

Dog training …?

If my 6yr old King Charles Spaniel is in the car she gets VERY exctied and howls all the way there! it sounds as if they is removed and will not stop whining and barking what took me everywhere they fear. I tried feeding it treats and when she finished a doggy bag full of chocolate during the whole trip. This actually worked, as her memory, keep the ride, but I would like to be Situation, it is with me alone and not always easy to ask someone to hold her when she jumps all over the car too. Any suggestions on how they made to stop this way? Sounds as if she had scared or excited? I'm not sure … It can be very embarrassing if we achieve our goal, ie, the beach everyone hears it stares us :-(

better use, so it feels secure a box .. . Make sure seatbuckle, the box .. Start with short trips in the car and come At home … Extension of the trips until you complain they no longer heard. Papillon my wife is pleased the matter with me as soon as I get the "Bye-Bye-box" … Patience it may take you a while to calm their fear. And stop feeding treats .. You are just reinforcing their "bad" behavior. the "pack leader" and if she starts to whine (if you decide not to use a box), they get out of the car, they do stay / sit until she calms down and try again … not treated until you either reach your destination or to get back home.

Training a puppy with an invisible fence?

I will get a new lab puppy soon. I know it requires a lot of practice and it is every day went. But we do not have a fenced-in garden (HOA rules) so we installed an invisible fence with the shock collar to plan beyond that. I'm in what age should I ask our new dog fence with the train. While he is pottytrained he is on a leash with me all times as the fence will not be necessary. I'm not sure of whether it confuse him when we get older until it prior to the introduction of the shock collar is to wait. At the same time, it seems cruel to shock a tiny puppy. How old is best with training a dog to begin an invisible fence to use?

I think even as a puppy, they learn to fence should use, but it is not too heavy hurt when you turn on the unit below. If that makes sense, because I taught him as a dog and we just him. We used a leash and put it on him, then went to the Track and it started to beep when (not beat) him pull away and says "come come". This tells you RUN FROM beep !!!!! This wont hurt him. Then later, when their older they say I feel myself again as the test line and try to run and shocked and screaming run away Run Away! I hope that helps …

My 10 month old puppy has started acting strangely at the same time each night?

She is great all day. When the kids go to bed and we sit down to hang out, at roughly 8:30, she starts to bark and we can’t make her happy. It lasts about a hour and then she settles down. We’ve tried playing ball, she is not interested. We’ve tried settling her, and she just barks. It is not dangerous or threatening, but just odd and difficult to manage. Again, great dog all day and happy, it is just this half hour time frame where she acts up.

if it looks like she is moving her head as if watching someone, she is looking at a Ghost.
