Which city is a dog-friendly city, Orlando or Ft. Lauderdale?

I'm moving Florida, with my boyfriend. We are most likely moving ot Orlando, per his work needs, but it is still possible that we end up in Ft. Lauderdale. I "have a 4 year old Lab / Border Collie Mix Xoé "and a 1 year old Border Collie" REBEL, so they need tons of activities to keep them healthy and happy. I want to do flyball with two (xoé is already in flyball training) and agility and disc dog Rebel (he's extremely athletic and smart). I also love to them wherever dogs are allowed (dog parks, Sidewalk cafes, etc). They are both very well socialized and xoé has even gone to doggy day care to hang with their friends while I'm at work. What do these two cities have to offer for dogs & their people? When a city is much more dog-friendly than the others, maybe I can try, moving in the city … Thank you!

Your dogs are very happy that such great owners. I do not know which city is a friendly dog, but I do know about Florida in general. You have bad ants and there are alligators in the vicinity of nearly every body of water – even drainage ditches. Forest land can harbor poisonous snakes. Be very careful if your dog run loose. Train your dog in the early morning and late evening, the heat and humidity to . Avoid And watch flash!

As a dog trainer to ………..?

Do any of you have stories about how a professional dog trainer to? Could also someone to show you a web site or recommend a particular classes or seminars? I live in Orlando, FL, when it arrives. I am only 14 years old, so I have enough time to sort this. I want only the steps that you know to get a license to a dog trainer. Right now, I train dogs as a hobby, not for money, only for the experience.

The best way is to join a training club and put some tracks your dog (s) and apprenticeship to become an established trainer instructor. It is not something you really from classes and books or whatever, you know, you can get by. This is the kind of place you want. http://www.odtc.org/ You can also get at a shelter volunteer w hands on experience in working / dog and it looks good on your back. That looks like a very nice club, so give them a call on Monday!

I just moved to Orlando can someone give me some good things to say to do?

I moved to Orlando this week. I look forward to checking out the local art scene and are involved in the community. if anyone know some places let me know. I am looking for my dog in obedience training to suggestions if someone there please let me know. I'm not from Florida, so I'm all for suggestions, but I would rather do then more local things to all the major tourist attractions. Thanks in advance Steph

Welcome to Florida! I have lived here my whole life, but I'm just about to move. As far as art goes, there are some great Stages of the downtown center and an art museum involved in science. If you are interested at all in science, then you should look at the science center. It is also a Improvisational large compared to the TD Waterhouse Arena (which recently changed names and I can not remember the new name). In any event, the theater is called Sak and they have shows and classes. I took lessons there and had a ball. It's a great little theater in Sanford. It's called the Helen Stairs Theatre. I'm not sure exactly where you are in Orlando, so that drive A: Maybe a little bit. If you're pretty close to Longwood, I would recommend a great vet. It's called Longwood Veterinary Clinic and they also offer obedience classes. I have a client of the owner for at least 15 years, probably more. I also worked there for a time and I hope my animals them implicitly. In fact they are one of the things that I fear losing the most. Your telephone number is (407) 834-2526. Good luck and Welcome to the Sunshine State!
