dog potty training pads
How do you train a dog a potty pad if they are trained to go outside?

I have my dog outside to go bathroom trained to that, but I have to go to work when, in order I can not leave it to someone I had in the house with her, because she did not with a potty pad, it will rip it out of anger before they will ever need. Is there anyway to train them to use the pad if it is available to her?

I think you will only confuse them by doing this. You're lucky she is house trained, why take the chance, brass speed this up. Can not you crate her? You should be able to for the time you are away, hold, unless it is small, and you are responsible for over 10 hours in the rankings.

dog train recall

How do I train my dog to recall?

My dog is a two year old Golden Retriever and I can’t get her to come when I call her. She come fine when she feels like it but sometimes she runs out the front door and it is obviously more fun to run around the neighborhood instead of coming back to me. I know I must have done something wrong when she was younger or I’m just not training her right but my mom is very frustrated and so am I especially when she gets a hold of something that she’s not supposed to have and the only way I can get her is to lure her over with a piece of bread. I don’t know what to do somebody please help.

Find a treat that your dog really loves, and I mean goes nuts over. Then think of a word other than come for your command. I use bingo. I started by saying the word, and then offering the treat. I worked my up to the point that she only got THAT treat when I said the code word, and she came to me. She only gets that treat for the code word, and only when she obeys it. It works pretty good, but no dog will recall when in a highly excited state.

How can I train my 6 Mon Shiba Inu to stop her old dog food aggression?

My wife Shiba Pomeranian puppy has been food aggressive with our 7 years old when we brought her home at 12 weeks. If you try them takes a snack at the same time, she eats it then get it to be. The Pom is just one Lover, he spends most of his time hiding from her to buy it in the closet. I feel so bad. Unlike food aggression against him … it was great. Help!

Yeeepppp, this is a Shiba Inu in default. Shibas are super territorial. Maybe you should contact your breeder and ask for help with corrections. You should have this correction 3 months ago! For now, feed them separately until you get person, a real live in there to help you do some behavior modification.

dog obedience issues

dog obedience issues
My dog has some anxiety in certain situations with other dogs on a leash His standstill. Any thoughts?

We participated in obedience class, to build trust, but the class has a lot of unstable dogs in it, we should continue to go well or find a different approach to the problem dealt with?

You take away their "flight" option. You can not get away, so she is anxious is. I always prefer to work one-on-one with a coach as a class in contrast to a group that includes many dogs with many different topics.

Training a dog not to jump?

I am considering a dog that guests have a bad habit of jumping up when they arrive. Although I had the behavior of almost any other problem, I have never seen a sweater. What are some effective ways to reduce this behavior? The dog is approximately £ 80 and fairly strong. After his foster family, he gets very upset when people increase their votes, so I prefer more of a positive reinforcement approach.

Here is what I did with my Danes. If they jump up, I lift my knees. I do not kick, but they hit my knees with her chest when they jump up. They quickly make figure it out. In addition, visitors to stand outside while and give the dog time to calm down a bit. Spray him with water when he jumps. If Guests arrive, and he does not jump, and remains calm, give him a reward. Give him a special "popular" chew toys when guests come over, he is occupied with the toys, not the guests.

dog training camp

Dog Training question.?

I want to train my dog to come to an Whisler so if I can I leash her campsite she left out of the how I can train her to come when I Whisler (Whisler I bought one)

Same teach you how to get them when you call their name. Call (or whistle) and they teach that to treat them when they will come. Hold it do not come on the line so not an option. Probably best to start indoors, where there is little distraction. After they have learned, progress to the outside, with a longer leash. Praise her lavishly when she comes, but do not let them not come. Remember when. If Your dog is not very obedient, they will not become more obedient, just because you have a pipe. There is nothing wrong with using a pipe, but it sounds like you let them roam large distances, where a whistle will be necessary to call them again. Again nothing wrong with that, but I would only trust the most well trained dog can be to have that freedom. Even then he can get into a few problems with wild animals (from skunks, bears, deer), so I do not think I would trust my dog too far from me, even if I trust him offleash. If you have a dog dog of certain breeds, such as a, be especially careful, they can be off-leash. These races get carried away and get with sights, smells and meaning, without lost. I recommend this video really reliable recall a teaching certificate for the rock-solid "come" command (or whistle).

Just The Basics – Dog Obedience Training Tutorial

One of the most exciting aspects of a dog or a dog to do the pet training commands follow. Sometimes overwhelming Owners their dogs by trying to teach too many different and complex commands to their dogs or puppies at the same time. Most dog breeds have a better Learning as one or perhaps two commands at a time, sir, but never all the commands at the same time.

It is important to research how your breed learns best. Some dogs learn through repetition and practice, or lots, while other breeds are learning very quickly and then get bored and disobedient when they are necessary to constantly repeat that already learned commands. Dogs to learn a command and then stop after the command appear after two or three repetitions in a kind of time covered in the later group. Each dog has its own personality as the race moves you have to also monitor and be aware of your dog or dog's personality.

Come

Probably the easiest command to teach for most puppies and dogs is the simple "come". Dogs naturally love human attention have actively and on time with their owner and family. As you can see the puppies direction you just say, "Come Fido" or what is the name of the dog forever. Fix The name to the command as the puppy will quickly learn their names and begin to listen to them. A treatment or only some praise and attention for coming on command are all that is needed.

Sit

One of the puppy will come on command, sit normally the next step. Hold a small treat, just above the nose when they are puppies. Slowly move the treat back in the air just above her head. The puppy will naturally follow your nose and head back Top of what the dog to sit down. As you begin to move your back and say "Sit Fido". When the pup sits give treat and praise. Repeat this is often not just when the puppy is, however, if they are next to you stands before the line at, or before you bring them a toy. Soon the puppy will learn that sitting a good thing, and they will get positives from the action.

Down

Teaching is at the bottom usually most easily from a sitting position. Once the puppy to Sit command, you simply call the puppies and they are sitting. Give them a joy to know and let them, you have a different treatment in the hand. As with the beginning of the sitting, saying: "Down Fido" and the treatment of push down against the floor and something from the body of the dog. The puppy will naturally follow with its nose. Slowly move the Treatment to the front until the puppy is susceptible. Immediately praise and reward with a treat.

If you want to include hand signals with these commands to start Just by the show of hands with the verbal command. Gradually, the verbal command said in a softer voice while continuing with the show of hands. Be sure that the signals are very clear and visible to the dog or dog. If the puppy does not respond to be sure that you have their attention to the visual cue. You may need to call the puppies name so that they understand that you are about to enter a command.

puppy training whining

puppy training whining
How to prevent much, that my puppy whine like this?

I have eight months puppy that leaves one crying when my father. Even when she's with me my mother and she still cries every time my dada leaves. If I leave, she screams like for 3 seconds and then stops. Sometimes when she leaves crying sooo mydad loud that it gives me my mother and my big headache. It gets me angry when she does. How can I train her to stop whining when someone leaves. I want to be in a position, while leaving all alone, when in one. Thanks all

She probably has separation anxiety with your father. Tell him it to ignore for a few minutes when he comes and goes from the house. If he comes, he should be confirmed no eye contact with her or even her for the first five minutes or so. If he goes, he should say nothing, look at her or her!

puppy training techniques

Is that training technique by the dog father successful?

Yes I saw a few commercials he is called the dog father a.k.a Don Sullivan he got this technique it’s like extended leashes n this collar but it says it don’t shock them.I’m confused how it is even effected on the dog.

Here goes a link to it:

http://www.dogfather.tv/

I was wondering because I am trying to decide between this & petco puppy training

thank you

If I were to choose I would pick the petco puppy training. Commercials like this always seem “to good to be true” you know? It doesn’t explain how the collar works and it doesn’t show you any of his techniques. Also, you know for sure that most of those dogs spent hours at least perfecting what was shown, and then it says that the one dog won’t bolt out the door anymore even with temptation within a few minutes. I don’t buy it.

I like going to training classes because you get one on one attention and if you have any questions you can ask and get answers right away. Or if you are not sure what to do you can ask for an explanation.
